Ocean Freight Specialist
Job description:
- Coordinate Ocean FCL and LCL shipments including communication with Custom dept.
- Execute daily customer orders / vendors requirements to ensure necessary document and processes are followed
- Respond to customer orders, inquires, invoice questions, and other correcpondence timely and professionally
- Maintain shipment system data and document integrity for client web tracking purposes
- All other tasks as assigned by the Ocean Manager
- Working hours 08:00 – 16:30 at desk
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time and priorities wisely to address customer’s changing needs
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Comforable using computers
- Driving licence B
- Czech Native Speaker
- English level B1
Education and Experience:
- No Degree Required
- 2-3 years in similar field of business
- Knowladge of ocean export / import processes and regulation
- MS Office Suite including Outlook
Compensation:
- Salary CZK 45.000 – 50.000,- / month
- 5 weeks paid leave per annual
